Instruction

step 1

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain..

On medium heat Gradually add butter and cheese(while macaroni is stil hot).

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)

While macaroni is boiling gradually add (whisked egg), chopped onions, milk, pepper sauce,nutmeg and mustard

Bake in a greesed casserole dish.Top with little butter, grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 45 mins or when top is crusty.
